GVT & PGVT Tiles

GVT & PGVT Tiles

There are four types of Vitrified tiles – Full Body vitrified tiles, Double charge vitrified tiles, Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT) and Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles (PGVT).

As the name implies, GVT tiles have a glazed surface, which enable them to provide a wide variety of design, artwork, and surface texture like wood grain, bamboo, or stone.

PGVT or polished glazed vitrified tiles are popular tiles that can modify the appearance of space from tiring into an exciting one with their shiny look. These tiles can be creatively used in commercial and residential areas such as restaurants, offices, showrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and so on.

Double Charge Tiles

Two layers of pigment are fused to create double-charged vitrified tiles, which are typically thicker than regular tiles. Due to their exceptional durability, simplicity of maintenance, and resistance to dust and dirt. Additionally, they are stain and scratch-resistant.

The tile’s surface is nano-polished to make it non-porous, extremely durable, and abrasion-resistant. Even though double charged vitrified tiles are more expensive than ceramic or other tiles, they are well worth the investment.

Double charge vitrified tiles have two layers in which the top layer is supported by a vitrified tile to give a strong foundation. The upper layer consists of two types of pigments to give a dual-coloured design during manufacturing.

Nano Tiles

Nano Tiles

Nano polish tiles are tiles that are chemically coated with help of nano chemical that fills the small pores in the tiles. The nano chemical will help to create an invisible layer on the surface of the vitrified tiles.

This creates a durable surface that’s easy to clean. Because they’re nonporous, they won’t absorb moisture, making them perfect for kitchens and bathrooms.

Nano Polish Tiles are also extremely simple to clean. Their smooth surface makes wiping away dirt, grime, and spills simple, leaving no streaks or marks. This not only keeps your flooring looking great, but it also saves you time and effort when it comes to maintenance.

Porcelain Tiles

Porcelain tiles are made from dense natural clay. Once the mixture is ready, it is moulded and pressed into the desired shape and fired at an extremely high temperature and for a longer time to eradicate almost 100% of the moisture.

It is highly durable and resistant to most heavy impact stresses, making it suitable for high-traffic areas, much more so than the standard ceramic tile. Porcelain is an extremely dense material which is resistant to water penetration and staining.

Wall Tiles

Wall Tiles

Tile is an excellent addition to your shower walls, backsplashes, or even standing alone as a statement wall. Wall tile adds depth, character, and dimension to your space, not to mention protecting the surface. Wall tile is virtually worry-free, especially when compared to other options like paint and wallpaper.

Not only do tiles look stylish and high-quality, but because they repel moisture this keeps the room fresh and clean, as opposed to paint which gets damp, and can look unappealing. With tiles, your guests, and even potential buyers, will be impressed by your spotless and classy bathroom.

Parking Tiles

Parking tiles are very durable than any other floor tiles(non-vitrified tiles). Parking tile is an excellent investment in your property because it is durable and will last long, even in extreme weather conditions. Parking tiles also provide safety for pedestrians and vehicles that park on them.

Parking tiles are water resistant, acid resistant, heat resistant, scratch resistant, non-slippery, easy to maintain, durable in nature, etc.
